Bath time for your child can sometimes be a complete nightmare – Why not lighten the mood with some fun and exciting wallpaper just like we produced for 6-year-old Lucas Cooke, in Filey, North Yorkshire

When it came to decorating the small bathroom in the house, which is the one Lucas uses the most, he was asked what he would like the room to look like – his reply was simple… “The bottom of the ocean… with lots of FISH!”

To make it the perfect wallpaper for Lucas, one of our designers had to create the image from a series of underwater shots, to get all the fish in the right place within the wall space to create the effect that Lucas had dreamed of – and needless to say, as you can see from the pictures in this post, he was over the moon with the end result!

To tie the bath in with the underwater theme, we also replicated part of the image onto an adhesive vinyl which was then applied over the bath panel, to create a waterproof mirror image of the wallpaper on the opposing wall.

Custom wallpaper for children’s rooms can add colour to the most boring of spaces, add comfort – for the little ones who won’t settle, and as they mature – they can help them to express their individuality – not to mention just being fun!
